Daniel 1:17

God gave these four young men knowledge and skill in both books and life. In addition, Daniel was gifted in understanding all sorts of visions and dreams.

God gifted Daniel for a purpose that was higher than he could have ever imagined. When the time came, Daniel used his gifts for the glory of God and God was glorified. Just like Daniel, God has gifted each of us with gifts equal to the tasks that He will lay before us. It is our responsibility to recognize, cultivate, and use our gifts for the glory of God. May we exercise our gifts to the glory of God is my prayer.
