Genesis 22:14

And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the Lord it shall be seen.

When Abraham was asked by his son Isaac about the sacrifice they were about to make as to where it was, Abraham replied, “the Lord will provide Himself a Lamb”. This is where we learn of one of God’s names, Jehovahjireh (the Lord will see to it). The power of this revelation is that we have insight into God’s nature as our heavenly Father. He really desires to meet the needs of His children. In the sacrifice of Christ He has provided everything we need for life and godliness. So just know this, when you have done all you can do and there’s nothing more at your disposal you can trust in God’s name, “the Lord will see to it”! May we put our trust in God who is our ever present help in time of trouble is my prayer.
