Genesis 37:5

5 Then Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him even more.

There is a private conversation that is ongoing between us and God that is no one else’s business. He speaks to us about the intimate details of our lives and often times will show us things about our future. When He does so He is actually planting seeds of faith that will have to be cultivated and nurtured by us. Revealing the dreams God has planted in us may not always be received by others with joy and encouragement. Instead of revealing them to everybody it would be wise to only share them with people that we know will believe with and encourage us. Be careful who you share your dreams with! May we nurture and protect every word God speaks to us is my prayer.
