Proverbs 18:4 

The words of a man’s mouth are as deep waters, and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook.

Hopefully over time all of us store up wisdom inside our hearts to be brought forth when needed. Wisdom, in this verse, is referred to as deep waters that may not make as much noise as the waves do, but still moves in silence as strong currents of undertow. So wisdom should move in the silence of our heart quietly guiding every step and decision we make. May the depth of our souls be filled with wisdom is my prayer.
