Proverbs 15:1

A soft answer turns away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.

Just because everybody seems to be so angry these days doesn’t mean we have to be. Answering the anger of others with kind words and a compassionate heart quenches the flames of anger. On the other hand, if our words are harsh and demanding we can expect a life filled with hostility. May our words be seasoned with love is my prayer.
