Isaiah 38:17
“Lo, for my own welfare I had great bitterness; it is You who has kept my soul from the pit of nothingness, for You have cast all my sins behind Your back.”
When trouble comes, and it always does, we tend to forget about the bigger picture. As we focus in on our problem, and become consumed by it, we can lose sight of what God is performing in us. His ways are higher than our ways and His purpose is greater than ours. We just want the trouble to go away but God has allowed it and will continue to allow it until His purpose is served. As you pray your way through your troubles ask God to do His will in you as your trouble is defeated. May we trust God even when it’s hard is my prayer.
