Jeremiah 17:7,8

“But blessed is the man who trusts me, God, the woman who sticks with God. They’re like trees replanted in Eden, putting down roots near the rivers, never a worry through the hottest of summers, never dropping a leaf, serene and calm through droughts, bearing fresh fruit every season.

Faith in God produces a stability in our lives like nothing else can. The troubles and heartaches that once rocked us to the core no longer sway us because we are focused on God, not problems. When issues arise, and they will arise, we don’t zero in on the issue, we press in to God our strength and refuge. As we press into God we then become the recipients of His blessings which sustain us through every trial. May we press close to God and enjoy His provision is my prayer.
