Jeremiah 46:3-5

“‘Present arms! March to the front! Harness the horses! Up in the saddles! Battle formation! Helmets on, spears sharpened, armor in place!’ But what’s this I see? They’re scared out of their wits! They break ranks and run for cover. Their soldiers panic. They run this way and that, stampeding blindly. It’s total chaos, total confusion, danger everywhere!” God’s Decree.

Getting ready for battle sounds a whole lot better than running in fear. Instead of running from your battle, arm yourself and run to the battle. Meet your Goliath in the valley and defeat him, don’t hide in a cave from him. May we put on God’s armor and defeat the enemy is my prayer.
