The Jews answered him, “We have a law, and by that law He ought to die because He made Himself out to be the Son of God.

It seems ridiculous to think that men believed their laws superseded God’s laws but that’s exactly what they believed. What’s even more ridiculous is that people still think that way today. Ungodly politicians create laws all the time that have no basis in God’s laws. Their own opinions and feelings are used to create laws, not the Word of God. The unintended consequences our world faces because of men’s laws are too numerous to count. These unintended consequences are literally destroying our nation and the world. It’s time to get back to honoring God’s laws, not man’s. May we honor God’s laws in all we do is my prayer.
