Every morning I see people in my neighborhood jogging. They are doing their best to build up their bodies. I commend them for their diligence and determination. Their dedication challenges me to give that same kind of effort to my spiritual life. Building ourselves up physically will profit us a little, but building ourselves up spiritually profits us forever. May we make ourselves spiritually strong so that we can stand in the evil day is my prayer.
