Matthew 1:21 (the Message)

She will bring a son to birth, and when she does, you, Joseph, will name him Jesus—‘God saves’—because he will save his people from their sins.”

This is the “Good News” of the Bible! The sin of Adam and Eve in the garden brought about death and because we are now born with a sin nature we must be saved from the punishment of our sins. The only remedy for our sin problem is Jesus! He alone saves from sin and He alone can open Heaven’s door for us. May we except Christ’s salvation is my prayer.
