Matthew 11:28-30

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

If you find yourself under a heavy burden, maybe your carrying something you shouldn’t be. Should we be burdened? Absolutely! Should our burden be more than we can bear? Absolutely not! “God will not put on us more than we can bear.” So if your burden is too heavy exchange it for God’s, His is easy and light, and let Him take the heavy burden from you. He can bear it! May we find rest for our souls is my prayer.
