Matthew 26:41

 Keep watching and praying that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

Our spirit cries out to know our Creator while our flesh is pulled in every direction by the lustful things of the world. If you asked, most people would say that they want to know God but that they are too busy to pursue Him. The truth is that while our spirit is willing, the trouble is, our flesh is weak. Work on defeating the temptations that your flesh is prone to fall prey to. Remove those temptations from your life as much as possible and replace them with pure and holy things. Focus on pursuing God and not the things of this world. Keep watch over your life and pray against sin and temptation. May we cater to our spirit and not our flesh is my prayer.
