Matthew 26:7

There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat.

This woman’s gift was, let’s just say, extravagant. Maybe that’s what’s missing in the church today. Our service and giving needs to meet the level of the One we are serving. Extravagant giving gets the attention of Jesus and says to the world how much we love Him. Give of yourself freely to Him and don’t worry about what anyone else says. May we love Jesus with all our heart and give to Him accordingly is my prayer.
