Philippians 1:6

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

I’m reminded of the children’s song, “He’s Still Working On Me” that my children sang when they were in Kids Church. That little song had a lot of truth in it. God doesn’t just save us and leave us to fend for ourselves. He has dispatched the Holy Spirit to mold us into His image by reproving us, rebuking us, and exhorting us in the things of God. His work will continue until we are in Heaven. May we accept the work of the Holy Spirit is my prayer.
