Proverbs 18:20,21

With the fruit of a man’s mouth his stomach will be satisfied; he will be satisfied with the product of his lips.      (21) Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat it’s fruit.

One of the most powerful weapons we possess is our tongue, it literally can bring life or death to any situation. We should choose our words wisely and give thought to what we are about to say so that we can defeat the work of the enemy. Too many people have fallen prey to curses, depression, isolation, and fear because of words that have been spoken over them. Our mission should be to counteract those words with spoken words of blessing, encouragement, brotherhood, and strength. May we speak words of power and life into someone today is my prayer.
