Proverbs 12:25

Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down, but a good word makes it glad.

Anxiety is at an all time high. Whole cities are anxious because they’ve been put on terrorist watch. Whole countries are anxious because they don’t know where the next attack is coming from. If that’s not enough there is the daily anxieties of illness, unpaid bills, domestic conflicts, and so on. Sometimes all a person needs to overcome their anxiety is a good word of encouragement from a real friend. Choose to speak life into people, not death, our words could be the difference maker in their life. May we share a good word with others is my prayer.
