Psalm 127:1

Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.

Without God we are nothing and all of our accomplishments are empty and fleeting. There is nothing man can do without God that means anything, it’s all just futile attempts at fulfilling lustful desires. But, with God we can do anything! We can build families that are strong, courageous, and loving. We can build buildings that will glorify God and be used for His glory. And, we can rest in His protection and watch the work of our enemies come to nothing. We can do great things with God’s help! May we partner with God as He does great things is my prayer.
