Psalm 133:1

How wonderful, how beautiful, when brothers and sisters get along!

If our life’s story is a trail of broken relationships, the problem may lie with us. Blaming everybody else for our relationship failures does not change the fact that “it takes two to tango.” Getting along with others is something God puts a premium on and He expects His children to do their best to make it happen. Getting along with others requires us to put our own feelings aside for the sake of others, understanding that we are not all the same. It requires taking on the nature of Christ and resisting the flesh, and it requires careful consideration for why people are acting badly towards us. Sounds difficult, but very doable with God’s help. May we allow God to work through us to live in unity with our brothers is my prayer.
