If I keep my eyes on God, I won’t trip over my own feet. (the Message)

Oh how much simpler life would be if I could stop letting my own desires get in the way of what God is trying to do with my life. I seem to always be tripping over myself instead of walking down the clean pathway God has set before me. Keeping our eyes on God may be as simple as removing those things from our lives that are the distractions. I find that when my attention is not divided and I’m focused on God, traversing through life is a whole lot easier. May we walk the clear pathway God has set before us is my prayer.
