James 1:27

Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

James summed it up well for us! The standard of God is simple; care for those who are truly in need, and stay away from sin. Enough said! May we do just that is my prayer.
