Psalm 55:16

As for me, I shall call upon God, and the Lord will save me.

Having the assurance that God is our Father and He is on our side gave the psalmist tremendous faith that no matter what happened God would save him. He had many enemies throughout his life and many attempts on his life but he put his trust in God knowing that God does not fail. If your faith is being tested and fear is creeping in on you, look to God for strength, and peace. He may not always end your struggle but He will always be there for you and in His time He will save you. May we stand tall in the face of adversity with God at our side is my prayer.
