Psalm 75:6,7

For promotion  cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: He putteth down one, and setteth up another.

It’s a comforting thought to know that you do not really work for that ungodly boss at work and it will not be him who decides when you will or won’t get a raise. We do our work as unto the Lord and it is God that decides who will be promoted and who will be demoted. He judges over mankind from His thrown in heaven and takes care of His own. And, by the way, if your boss won’t turn loose of the money, God will get it to you another way. May we work hard and trust God is my prayer.
