Everything that we have—right thinking and right living, a clean slate and a fresh start—comes from God by way of Jesus Christ. That’s why we have the saying, “If you’re going to blow a horn, blow a trumpet for God.”

On this awesome day we call Thanksgiving, take a few minutes to blow a trumpet for God! Declare your thanks to Him in the presence of others to bring glory to His name. Let your heart overflow with thoughts of all He has done for you and bask in His blessings. May our hearts be filled with thanks is my prayer.
