Want to know what to expect?
We know walking into a new church for the first time can feel a bit overwhelming… You don’t know anyone, you’re not sure quite what to expect, and so many other factors… That’s why we’ve put together this page, to hopefully give you a better feel for who we are and what to expect. We hope to see you soon at one of our Sunday morning services!
You’ll receive a warm greeting when arriving in our parking lot. We have parking spaces up front reserved just for you! If you find that it’s full, we have a parking area just to the right of our building through the gate.
How about some coffee?
We serve coffee and a variety of breakfast items every Sunday morning before service. So, come a little early and enjoy some breakfast! And yes, please feel free to take your coffee into the service with you as well.
What is there for my children?
We LOVE kids here at Real Church and believe they’re the future of “the Church”.
We provide nursery for birth – 3 (or non-potty trained), preschool for 3 – 6yrs (must be potty trained), and elementary for 7 – 12yrs.
All Real Kids Ministries are available during our Sunday morning service at 10:30AM.
What’s the adult service like?
Our Sunday morning service has a more contemporary feel to it. Our music leans more toward a “newer” style of song, but we also mix in some of the older hymns of the church on occasion.
Our pastor is more of a “preacher” than a “teacher”, so our messages are a little more “fiery” than maybe you’ve experienced at other churches. Our messages are presented in such a way that you can take the content with you and live it out during the week. We believe in practical teachings you can apply to your life or current situation. We’re a church that believes in the work and person of the Holy Spirit, so we allow the gifts of the spirit to move in our services. We also typically provide prayer time for needs at the end of our service together.
You’ll find that most of the people who attend Real Church dress very casual. However, we have those that “dress up” a little more as well. You can show up in cowboy boots and jeans, a dress, or shorts. We’d love to welcome you just as you are!
