Proverbs 3:13, 14 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. (14) For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.
There is this vicious cycle of going to work and coming home, going to work and coming home, we can get caught up in that can cause us to miss out on what life is all about. Instead of looking at work as a mundane task that has to be carried out. Look at it as the adventure God means for it to be and the mission field it truly is. With every challenge we face there is the opportunity to gain wisdom from God as we overcome it. With every conflict we’re presented with there is the opportunity for God to develop in us more understanding of human nature. As we allow God to develop wisdom and knowledge in us we become better equipped to do the will of God in the future. May we value wisdom and knowledge more than gold and silver is my prayer.
