Proverbs 18:14 The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?

Some of my favorite people in the world are those who have a positive attitude. All of my mentors are men who have a positive attitude, they always see the glass half full and always see the silver lining in the black clouds. Sometimes when life is throwing us all that we can handle the only thing that keeps us going is what’s in our spirit. I once thought that a positive attitude was only the ability that some people had to put on a fake smile and say the right things but the reality of it is that a positive attitude comes from a stable spirit. When our spirit is in tune with the Spirit of God a most powerful alliance is formed that fills our heart with faith even when the odds are overwhelming. Faith and a positive attitude go hand in hand. If our spirit is strong we can face any challenge that life throws at us and to keep our spirit strong we must fill our heart and mind with the Word of God. May you be encouraged in the Lord and may your spirit soar is my prayer.
